This premium honey has been NATA certified with a Total Activity level of 35+ (the highest level that TA can be certified available in Australia). This total activity has anitmicrobial efficacy roughly equivalent to an MGO (manuka activity) of over 1500+
It has a medium amber color, and is rich with flavour without overpowering the palette. This harvest comes from near Harvey, a beautiful area in the biodiverse South West corner of WA.
Studies have shown that Jarrah honey is commonly low GI and can ease sore throats, improve gut health, be used for wound care.
