A natural bush blend, this honey combines the health benefits and distinctive taste of Jarrah honey with the lighter flavour of wildflower honey from other species flowering at the same time as the Jarrah trees.
It has a medium amber color, and is rich with flavour without overpowering the palette. This comes from our hives in Nannup, a beautiful area in the biodiverse South West Corner of WA.
To be taken raw to ease sore throats, or with lemon as a health tonic.
